Hmmmm...
A dry weight of 700 pounds and a load capacity of 800 pounds... equaling a maximum gross weight of 1,500 pounds. I see no mention of this unit being equipped with brakes (or at least offered as an option); which something with this much weight capacity should probably have. I am also a believer that all trailers benefit from having brakes. Manufacturers all cut cost where they can, and if the unit's weight is not legally required to have brakes then you probably will not see many manufactures put brakes on that are not required. Texas, for example, has a threshold weight of 4500 pounds. If the gross weight is 4500 or less then legally no brakes are required.
