Does anyone know if my 2006 C7 engine with 350 HP and 860 ft lbs of torque can be reflashed to the 360 HP, 925 ft lbs of torque engine?

Hope you get someone who has done this, I'd sure be interested but in the past most HP or torque increases came with a warning that the cooling system and Allison transmission may no support the increase.

I also wished that someone would respond to this. But maybe it is not a possible thing to do.

I would go to the Cat website and ask them. You will have to give them your engine serial number. They should be able to answer this question easily.

I was in for CAT PM service last week and the techs didn't show any flash for 2004 emissions spec C7 engines since August 2005. They believe 360HP/925HP is only available in the 2007 emissoins spec engines.
Ironically, in general the Cummins and CAT engines in RV application not only got more power they also are getting better fuel economy in the new emissions configuration.
