I'm not a new member, but haven't been on in a long time. Lost my wife in 2006, and lost interest, I am just now thinking about getting back to driving. I enjoy reading all your posts, and thinking about my RV. I have a 1992 Newmar Kountry Star, 34ft. I bought in 96, and have put a lot of miles on it. (94,000). Been to many states mostly Southerly. New engine since 50,000 miles. 460 fuel injected. it runs well, I crank it about once a month along with the Generator and let them warm up for at least 30 minutes. I am retired military (Air Force) and retired XEROX Corp. I lived in Louisiana for 25 years, then moved back to Nashville where I have a home. I enjoy chatting with anyone. I am mechanically enclined, but now am 74 and have trouble working on the RV. Two of my sons live within 20-30 minutes from me and help when they can. Luckly both are also mechanically inclined. I was in Electronics in Military and also with XEROX. Thanks for listening. Bill P.S. My toad is a 2000 chevy Cavaliar automatic toad on the ground.

billphylliswalt...
We are glad to have you back with us. I think many folks lose interest in many things when they lose someone close to them - now is the time for you to start doing some traveling again. It will do you some good to see other parts of the country and campgrounds are some of the best places to meet new friends to chat with.

Again...welcome back. Please visit and post about your experiences. I am sure you have done many things that you can help others with. Nod
