I had nearly the same problem. Recently purchased a 2003 Endeavor 40 PST. During the test drive before purchase this alarm would sound then eventually go away after several brake on/off and in/out of gear cycles. 2 weeks later when I went to take delivery of the coach the alarm came on and stayed on regardless of cycleling the parking brake or the transmission. The dealer replaced the sensor/switch attached to the bottum of the parking brake on/off selector. Before doing this they switched relays in the "Monaco 2" box in the electrical bay in front of the left front tire. They first made sure the air horn worked, then used the air horn relay from the "Monaco 1" box as a substitute for each parking brake relay in the "Monaco 2" box. I hope this helps.
