Hi Chandler

The immobiliser is not part of the chassis, it is an add on requirement that our insurance company's normally insist on before they will provide insurance cover.

Can I just thank all of you that have provided assistance with our problems

Derek

Hello All,

I wanted to chime in and let everyone know that my "Workhorse" chassis left me and my family stranded yesterday on the way home from a fun day at the beach.
Driving along and all of a sudden engine shut down. Coasted to the shoulder of road (all 3' of it) and stopped. Tried to restart and nothing. I mean nothing. So after a 3 hour wait for a tow truck from my home town (70 miles away), finally made it home. Went to shop today to check things out. Guess what? (IGNITON SWITCH) I haven't got the total bill yet but not looking forward to it. Maybe insurance wiil help out some.
Oh well, family is home and safe.
