Dale, Perhaps I'm missing your point however I believe the point is that you have government agents signing a document that has an effect on peoples' safety. Regardless of title these agents signed the document and that makes them legally responsible and likely open to prosecution in the event these proceedings are falsified. Would this not also be your opinion?

My point exactly... So many times someone shows you a document that was signed by someone with a fancy title and everyone just assumes they are correct. If you don't challenge or question anything you better be ready to live with the consequences.

One thing you need to remember.... You can't sue the "goverment" as documented under the Farris act. The term goverment includes but not limited to agencies, employees, agents and so on.

jdsr;

I have been reading these posts with some trepidation. Your remark appears to me to imply that DriVer and the other Workhorse Ambassadors
are paid employees.

I believe they are unpaid liaisons whose function is to improve communication between Workhorse & us as owners. They are reimbursed for their expenses only in performing their tasks. If my information is incorrect I hope someone jumps in here to correct me.

I had the honor & privilege of meeting the 5 Ambassadors & their wives at the IRV2 Rally in Branson. I also had the opportunity to meet Alan Stegich director of service for Workhorse in Hemet, CA in March 07. I am of the strong impression these people are dedicated to improving our motor home traveling experiences.

I will close with this statement I have quoted before. "We will catch a lot more bees with honey than vinegar."
