Hi folks,

New to the forum. Just purchased a brand new 2006 Tradewinds 40F. It has a King Dome sat on the roof, with dual LNB. I spent almost 4 hours at the dealer trying to find where the coax lines terminate inside the RV to hook up the receiver. The KD controller is located in the entertainment center by the stereo/amp, and seems to work when you push the seek button....but no coax anywhere that we can find. Any ideas?

In my Camelot the KD controller is in the front upper left cabinet and all the coax cables and others terminate in the front upper right hand cabinet. There are other coax and audio cables in a cabinet in the bedroom.

In my dolphin, the cables come into the back of the overhead cabinet above the passenger seat. There is a swith box to changes from antena to satalite. Same thing in the bedroom, but under the TV. Easy to see in my MH.

On my front TV, there is an a/b switch which goes between antenna and cable. On the bedroom is an a/b/c...can't figure that one out. I can get cable on position b, but nothing including antenna on a or c. There should be 2 single coax connections for the sat box, one up front and one in the bedroom; but there are no loose ends anywhere. I just bought a tone tracer, hopefully that will help. Thanks for the responses, Dave.

I had the A/B box on my front TV but when National put the King Dome on they changed the front to an A/B/C switch so I have cable, antenna and Satellite now. The bedroom already had the ABC switch and now also works with all three. I have always had cable and antenna in the bedroom so I think maybe your box is not hooked up to the antenna.
