1 --------- 4
2 --------- 3

Inventor, Please let me clarify your question. Are you saying that the result of your using the shift pad to determine the transmission fluid level is giving you the results you typed?

If so, I have found the FreightLiner know your chassis helpful on page 7. The pdf file can be found at HERE
The following is a copy of their instructions:

Transmission at operating temperature
• Press up and down arrow keys simultaneously
• Wait for 2 minute “count-down”
• Display indicates - OL
– “OL - OK” indicates good oil level
– “OL - HI” followed by number indicates
quarts over-filled
– “OL - LO” followed by number indicates.
quarts under-filled.
– “OL – 70” transmission not up to operating temperature.

The MH must be on level ground and the count down on our transmission goes 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 (does not show 0) This count down takes about two minutes.

If above is not the concern then I am not familiar with any other "test" and the listing you provided is not something I am familiar with. Although your "O--L; 7--0" could be transmission not up to operating temperature. Hopefully this helps, SteveG
