Put some egg shells between your right foot and the pedal.
Seriously, the only significant thing you can do is to avoid accelerating as much as possible and hold the top speed down to around 60 mph. You might save a tiny bit more by leaving the exhaust brake off in routine driving too - you will do a bit more coasting that way.
