Well, I found my first problem in the structure of the WW, the sidewall on the drivers side has come out from under the trim piece that holds it in place close to the roof. Found that the screw that holds the trim down was loose and probably started the whole problem. Anyway, 8 stainless steel screws and washers, a drill bit, and a little sealer fixed it. Sucked it back in place with the screws/washers, replaced the trim screw with a bigger one, put the others in the side wall and pulled it back in place, sealed it all up and should be good to go. After all, can't have any water getting in there. Big Grin

This is a good reminder to check all your trim, roof stuff and all that every so often, just to make sure everything is tight and there isn't a place for water to get in there. Cool

Hey Tom:

Good point...and as well, check the sealant on the lower trim to make sure its not allowing water to wick into the wall at the bottom...on my old SLC is was a significant problem- got to the point that I couldn't get any of the screws to bite into the wood framing anymore.

Ding-dang RV's...just a big black hole in the middle of the RV park/desert that you throw a wole bunch of money into. Big Grin

Don,

You have a 3 or 4 year old TH... Roll Eyes

Why would you think that WW should fix it?

Based on your photos it really shouldn't be too expensive to have it fixed.

I agree with you about your next purchase going to fiberglass Thumbs Up

And still is, my friend. One thing about it, I patched that up and its good to go. Would you believe the second air conditioner is running off the 20 amp breaker for both air conditioners. I thought the first one was a HE, apparently it is since both of them will run off the 20 amp breaker without problems. I love it! Tried it out down at the Tx/Ok Boomers campout and both ran like a charm. Talk about cooling things down in a hurry! I love my WW.Love Next we'll be headed for Branson with the Jeep loaded and ready for bear, or maybe pink chickens, then back by the house and off to New Mexico for two weeks in the boonies. Big Grin

We had our first on the road problem this past weekend with our WW. The generator died on the way to the beach (the dog rides in the trailer and needs the AC) and the beds wouldnt come down. I had 50amp hook up and everything looked good.

I called the WW 800 number at 330 PM EST on friday and got a call back in 45 minutes to tell things to check to get the beds down. Working back from the beds I was able to find the problem and fix in about 15 minutes. I have to be honest, after hearing some of the folks who have "never heard from WW" I really had no expectation that someone would call me back on a friday afternoon but they did. In the end I found a loose wire nut in the battery comp.
