Well, its time for us to upgrade to a toyhauler. Taking 2 tow vehicles, one with a flat bed and one with our 1961 Deville travel trailer is getting really old.
I have an 07 Tundra with the 5.7L and a 10,300lb towing capacity. I require a front bedroom and 15' of cargo area. And the 15' of cargo area needs to be real cargo area, not measured between the stove and reefer up into the kitchen. The buggy is a Chenowth 2LW with a WIDE suspension.
I looked at a beautiful 30' Gearbox only to find out it was too heavy. The Attitude T30FSAK seems like it would be right at the limit. Is there any ultra light hauers out there I should be checking out? What brands and models do you guys suggest?
I have done alot of internet research and found that alot of sites dont give a cargo dimension or weight. And that the listed weight does not include things like an awning or generator. Its a little frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know of any light weight ones that would have the things you need. Keep in mind that most weights are for stripped down models and the weight will be quite different when optioned out. You probably need to be looking at the Gross weight(GVW)to play safe. I have the feeling that your Tundra won't have the capacity needed to handle the size and weight trailer you'll need. I would agree with Tom,...your Toyota might not be up to the task. Suggest you think about a 3/4 or one ton diesel. I had a Contenintal toy hauler (by Forest River) and loved it. They're well engineered & constructed. Also available in 5th wheel or bumper hitch and, the last I knew, they'll build the interior to your spec's (within reason)

you need a bigger truck to get that much cargo... i pulled a 30 footer with my 2500 dodge, and that was even overweight...
