Is anyone familiar with Trident Protection Systems interior and exterior treatments? I am particularly interested in the paint protection. I saw a coach that had just been done here in Albuquerque and the finish is awesome. They claim it is a synthetic material that bonds to the paint surface. I saw for myself that it makes the painted surface smoother, slicker, and very shiny. They claim you never have to wax again, and comes with 5 yr guarantee. The Rv dealership where I saw the coach said they would do my 40' coach "inside and out" for $1,800. I'm not really interested in the inside carpet & furniture treatments, but really liked how it looks outside, and I am thinking it would be a very good treatment for my fiberglass roof that my shoulder still hurts from scrubbing 2 months ago!!!

According to their website at www.tridentprotectionsystems.com the paint protection "provides unequaled protection from permanent damage caused by hard water spots, industrial fallout and acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings and decrease of gloss or color." And they also provide insurance coverage for tires and wheels, and road service.

$1800.00 for 5 years sounds steep to me.
If it only last 5 years it mus deteriate.
Wondering how much it would cost to have you're coach professionally detailed twice a year for 5 years.
I would pass on this.
