What is the differance between 501 LSW and 502 LSW? In my search as to what to use around my skylight I was getting conflicting info, Dicor lap seal, or elastomeric sealant, so I emailed Newmar and they responded to use Dicor 502 LSW. I have already used 501 LSW to reseal the perimenter of the roof, hope that won't be a problem. This is on a 1999 Mountain Aire with a BriteTEK roof.

As near as I can tell, it is simply a color difference. 501LSW is called "white" while 502LSW is "Carlisle White". There is also a 501LSD (Dove Gray) and 501LSV (Ivory). All are listed under the same product description.
And then there is the 505LSW HAPS Free White, which contains no hazardous materials but is still engineered for EPDM and TPO roof materials. Dicor Roof products This message has been edited. Thank you for your prompt reply and the link. I will us the 501 LSW as that seems to be what most places stock around here.

Just a note. The dicor products do not store well in a hot area. I had a couple of tubes that the bottom seal pushed out and let the sealant out of the tube. The temp in my shop was too much for the product.
