I don't particularly like lying on the bare ground either - that's why I use a comfy pad. Just wait until one of your valve extenders works loose and you lose your air - get a comfy pad so you can check/retighten your extenders...ha

No cushion needed. I had the foresight to provide Locktite Blue during the installation and I check the extenders monthly with leak detection compound (i.e. soapy water.) No loose extenders or leaks to date and no lying on the ground! Big Grin
