i am looking at a 2002 fleetwood outfitter. it has double doors in the rear so i can pull water ever toys i want to inside, but it has no toilet, shower, furnace, stove. it is in really good shape. I think the fridge is even the ice type. but it does have a single sink with water and holding tank. The seller is asking $4000. I really have no clue on the value. Hope you guys might. Thanks.
