HELP!! Just bought a 2000 Alpenlite camper, and it is on a 2008 Dually Dodge truck. Problem is that the tie-down chains are sitting right on my fenders!!! Have a tork-lift mount, even put a shim in it... but the problem is at the top by the eye bolt on the camper. Ideas anyone? Been told we likely cant move the eyebolts on the camper frame. Drat this is frustrating. Dont want a new truck to be damaged.

I had a simlar problem with tie down and dually fender clearance.
bought longer tie down bars which provided the clearance.
then i slide a mountain bike inner tube over the chain and turnbuckle tie down.
if the chain happens to touch the fender while offroading the inner tube prevents damage.
