Last summer we bought a 86 vacationeer for dirt cheap. It is in really great shape and we have taken it out once. We finally got the fridge to work. We are now working on getting the water and potty to work. It seems that we may have a few leaks. I guess my biggest problem is that I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. When the sink is on water is pouring out of a drain at the rear. Shouldnt the water go in to the holding tank? Is there any place where I could find something like a users manual for this. I guess I just need some know how. I have not even dared to touch the furnace for fear I will blow the whole thing up. haha. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Not all campers built years ago were fully selfcontained. Some just had drains for the gray water that went on the ground not to a holding tank. Most if equiped with a toilet had a black tank but not always a grey water tank. You maybe able to add a hose type fitting to the end of the drain and use a hose to run it into a blue porta tank. Before doing much with the furnace check the whole gas system for leaks the proced with caution.
