2006 F-250/2004 Lance 820. My truck came with the 7 prong trailer hookup but it looks like I have to wire my own smaller hookup for the Lance. It has a 7 hole "male" plug. Where do people place the female fitting for this and where is it spliced into the wiring?

Tks,

Bob

Lance has a propritary plug to allow a larger guage wire from your alternator to the camper battery for charging. Contact a Lance dealer for the Lance receptacle.

Some folks cut off the Lance plug and use a standard plug, your choice
