Well, it was finally fixed. KVH sent a new dome assembly, several conference calls betwee KVH, the dealer, and Fleetwood finally determined the cause of the problem.
Obviously, I did not care which part or connection was bad. I am glad that I was persistent and insisted on getting it fixed. In 10 days we are heading for FL for 6 weeks. Horst & Hertha 07 Revolution LE WB8YRY 70/70 |
