I just recently purchased a 2004 Regal Prowler 320 dbhs. I am new to RVing. Is there any pointers you may have. I will be placing it on a seasonal site and leaving it there all year round.

Thanks

It is a real shame to leave it parked in one place. It has wheels for a reason...rolling down the highway to see new things and meet lots of great folks.

Seriously, make sure you got all of the manuals from the previous owners. Glance through them and know where to find info.

Have fun....

Had 7 trailers on seasonal sites until I got restless. Big problem with mice and chipmunks. Set traps in compartments and rat pellets so we could enjoy camping. Also if you have sewer line leave tank valves closed untill you are 3/4 full the more water to flush the better. Shut off gas and water when you leave for home. I'am now restless on my 6th motor home seeing this great U.S.A.

Thanks for the information. I never thought of a rodent problem! I will forget to tell my wife about that one.
