Welcome to iRV2. Wave

I don't know if I'd classify a 17 year old RV as vintage just yet. As in any used RV you need to be really concerned about water leaks and delamination. The smaller Fleetwood coaches from the late 80's into the 90's had a problem with delamination on the side walls. Be sure and make a through inspection of the roof joints, the end cap joints and the window sealant. If there are any bubbles in the sidewalls, I'd pass on it. Delaminations are generally a sign of water entry and you have no idea of the amount of damage inside the wall. These type problems usually just get worse and are very expensive to fix.

Also, check the date on the tires. If they are over 5 years old, plan to repalce them.

bulldawg,
Look like you have figured out how to post a new message and have also found the Reply button. Laugh

The next most handy thing is the FIND button/menu, which allows you to search for messages on specific subjects or to locate new meesages since your least visit to the forum.

You may also want to register for the Classified ad section and RV Park review section - they require separate logins. You can probably register for them with the same name you use here, but it still needs to be done. Links to them are across the top of the page and on the irv2.com home page.

There is a separate Tech Support & Help section of the forums if you can't figure something out.
