our 2004 storm has a carpeted ceiling. where the carpet is seamed together we are getting black streaks along the seam as well as getting black around the chill grills on the a/c's.
why are we getting these marks and we have tried carpet cleaner but only lightens them but does not remove them. is there a way to remove these black marks and keep them from coming back? thanks

Hmm...I most likely have the same ceiling as you do, and no black stains at the seams...the rig had a stain on the side of the forward air conditioner housing from a leak (it looked like), but regular automotive upholstery cleaner removed it, and it doesn't leak there now.

Not sure what's happening to you, but doesn't sound right.
