I have a couple problems with my 99 bounder 36
When running the gen the batts don't charge 2 when pluged into shore the batts don't charge, probably the converter charger, it's a PD9155 model. the converted shows 13 v on the bench but I don't think it has anything behind that if you know what I mean. Something is also draining the batterys with e=the disconects off. Anyone got a wiring diagram of the disconect box and aux start relay? I tried hooking my 6a trickle charger to the wires that the converter hooks to and the relay to connect both batts together for charging did not kick in, suspect the charger is not enough to get the solonoid activated.. Any help ideas apreciated. also where to but leveling jack springs Power gear 500082 leg. Thanks a bunch. Grant. |

Here is a link to the schematic for the BCC (Battery Control Center)
http://tinyurl.com/6gfbdt I have had the same problems... The converter simply does not put out enough to charge the system. I added the Charge Wizard and that helped. The Charge Wizard (about $30 at CW) plugs into your 9155 converter and helps charge the batteries. If you have a dead cell in a battery it will never charge up.. that was my problem. There are several drains on the batteries even with the Battery Disconnect trigered... all of the monitors like LP, Carbon Monoxide, plus the Climate Control Center. ps... BCC is now up to Rev.
