We also have the Saturday 8 to 12 check in time and would be interested in meeting and joining fellow irv2'ers. Haven't finalized our plans but for the night before we would expect to camp within an hour or so from Charlotte.

Haven't made up my mind, but will be somewhere close the night before.

I asked a fellow Rver who lives at Lake Norman, where would be a good place for an overnight prior to check in. He said the best is the Walmart at exit 36, Mooresville on Hwy 77. We are going to take this advise, stay there Fri. nite and go over to the racetrack Sat. am. anyone wanting to meet there is welcome and we can go in together as a group. They will park us together, those with Sat. 8/noon assignment.
