We now have about two months on our 08 Allegro 32LA and are taking it in for the first time to the dealer to fix some problems which have surfaced. Most are minor but the big problem is a wind noise (around the upper right section of the windshield?), which sounds like a high-pitched wail when we run between 50-60 mph. We understand it will be difficult to find the source of the leak but thought someone might have had a similar problem and could offer some suggestions before we take it in. Thanks.
Could be something totally different from windshield. Roof antenna & radiator grille have been known to make such a sound. Some have fixed the grille with additional screws or adding silicone sealant to key points. You can try tying-back the antenna(s)to see if they are the root cause of the sound. Recall another post in which the door keeper handle made a noise at a certain speed. I had an annoying squeak that came from a faulty frame brace weld below the passenger seat.
Call Tiffin and ask them. Seems like I saw a mechanic doing some work on a grill last time I was at the factory. He said it was to quiet wind noise, so it may be a known problem.

Could be windshield.... had that problem... and the area between the dash and the front of the MH was not sealed. This caused a lot of outside air to enter when traveling... could not cool or heat unit when traveling.... The guys at RED BAY knew just what to do..
