Thank you Joe Wink

While having Christmas with family in San Antonio, I had considered detouring by the factory on the way home. The weather up in McKinney was so bad that I didn't want get into it (DW doesn't do cold & wet very well, and doesn't do snow at all) and my stop-over after that on the way home, Paragon Casino RV Park was booked-up. Bad weather possibly saved me a bunch of money.

Do you think they will work well enough to replace the exterior windshield and window covers? I think those are great, but they all require installation from a ladder. Me on a ladder after my heart surgery gets DW all excited, and not in a good way. This system looks like it is a viable alternative. How about posting something on them once the weather clears and you have a chance to road test them.

To the question does anyone have the MCD shades on thie coach?
We have the MCD shade on our 2008 Phaeton 40 QTH, power shades on the windshield and manuals on the driver side and door and co-pilot side window. These are welcome addittions since the last coach had those postage stamp size sunvisors and the pull around curtain. They really do function very well and are pleased with them.
I recently had the opportunity to speak to a MCD distributor and he had his coach rigged up with full power day and night shades on all windows in the living and gally areas. These shade are all power and operate using a remote control. This is the ultimate in day and night shades. They also look very nice and they have them in various colors for the night shades, as far as I know thw day shades only come in black and this makes perfect sense for the sun.
