If you have the 12 Volt batts they are probably the Interstate DC-88 AGM batteries. You may have four more in the compartment immediately forward of that one. If you remove the big black sheet metal cover you may find them.

My wish is a new 37'quad slide Bay Fred. If all goes as planned, I will have one, by end of summer. Have to get this job relocation move, over first.

Cruzer,
I checked the bay in front of the battery bay as you suggested. You are right! There are four more DC-88 AGM batteries in there too! That gives me eight 12v DC-88 AGM batteries for the coach......Is this something Tiffin does when you get a 3k inverter?

Hello Raca-roni!
If I may ask, where did you find the coffee tables that the legs fold up? Sounds like a great addition to our new Phaeton.
Thanks,
Rick

I believe that it was related to the residential fridge option although I'm not certain. The fridge needed the 3,000 watt inverter and the inverter needed the extra batteries so it's all kind of tied together.

Anyone have the MDC interior shades on their coach. I believe they are standard to different degrees on many 08 coaches. If so how do you like them. They are on my list, at least for the cab.

We have the MCD shades on the bus. Only had the opportunity to play with them for a day, but so far, a double Thumbs-Up!

The power ones on the front are really nice in that both the sunshade and sunvisor stretch the whole way across the coach and can be power adjusted to any level.

The side pull down shades did need adjusted at the dealer prior to our pickup as the tension was too loose, but now they work great.
