Larry,
First of all I would liek to welcome you to iRV2, and the Tiffin group. Although I dont know much about the Zephyr, I am sure others will chime in.

Larry, We purchased a 2000 Zephyr, 4 months ago. Very impressed with the Tiffin quality the performance, ride, handling most of all with Tiffin support we have called them with parts and adjustment questions they have gone out of their way to look up information and assist with adjustment & directions, getting parts out of stock to varify the adjustment proceedures calling back when they found information etc. We have owned two other manufacturers motor homes and did not have professional support.
Good Luck!

Larry,
I think I've heard that those units sometimes were overweight on the rear axle. 20,000#'s is max allowed per axle.
