I am interested in installing the Winegard satellite selector box on my '07 Phaeton 35DH. This would increase the number of available channels (9 more HD channels including most of the movie channels and ESPN). This installation requires running a new pair of cables from the dome to the selector box. If anyone has done this, perhaps you would share the installation sequence with me. I am primarily concerned about how one physically pulls the cables from the dome to the storage compartment where the Directv receiver rests.
Also, I believe the signal connection between the receiver and the tv needs to be component or hdmi. How does one address this? Would a component switch work so that the already installed DVD component cables could be utilized?
