What chassis are you ordering? You might not need them. I think the shock problem discussed here mainly concerns the Freightliner XC chassis that comes equipped with Sachs shocks. I do know what shocks the Spartan and Power Glide chassis use and if they are having the same problem. I believe the 36' Bus comes on the Power Glide chassis and I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. Maybe Cruzer will weigh in with an answer on your question.

The 36' Bus is on the Powerglide chassis. We are trading in an '06 36' Alpine. As you know, it has a wonderful ride; but many Alpine owners (even with relatively recent model years) have put Koni shocks on and say there is an improvement. We have not felt the need to. I don't know what kind of shocks the Bus has--so many things to think about when trading.

The average guy, like me, has no idea how these things are built or what parts are better until we have many years experience, I don't, or ask questions on great place like this. Smile Smile Sunshine

Koni's on order. They should be on the coach before my trip to Gaffney & Gatlinburg next month. I plan on staying off the interstate as much as possible. That should give them working with the MCUs a good test. I'll tell you what I think after the trip.

Thanks to all for your information and thoughts. Smile Smile Smile
