I think that pattern is like a MC Escher drawing, in that it looks to have depth. I have seen tile layed in similar patterns and I would guess is probably looks nice in person.

I think that same awful interior designer just keeps moving from company to company. They raided another company for someone to design the Powerglide chassis, maybe they should do the same for the interiors. Big Grin

Nice pictures Cruzer. Your usual fine job! Smile

I don't like the glazed finishes either. At least they are optional. I wonder how many they have sold?

Don't understand the black woods in contrast to the rest? Have you guys been living under a rock? That is the latest in residential decor trends for higher-end homes. I think you guys need to get out more...... Big Grin Bandit

Mismatched pieces look just as tacky when done for the purpose of being affluently stylish as it does when done by the poor and ignorant. As my southern belle Alabama wife often says, "that's just too tacky to talk about." Personally, I think it just another case of "the king's new clothes." I think most of the interior design is done by a committee. Committee aptly defined as: "when a group of people get together and pool their ignorance." Definition attributed to Katherine Dinnen, High School Teacher, 1961.

I have a better idea. The words
"prototype" and "evaluating it" peaked my interest. I think that Tiffin would be further ahead to give us a prototype coach to evaluate in real live. We could just pass it around and send in out reports. We all get it at least two weeks.

Tiffin interiors are not too avant-gard;I love that fact. They are pleasant, dignified; w/o too much overt glamor. A change of color for the toilet is an admirable thing to consider trying out. It would tend to lengthen the feel of the interior. Making a more pronounced "light well" accent feature of the mid-coach region. I would welcome a good relief from the darker wood colors that monotone some other brands.

Let's not be too quick off-the-cuff to chop these ideas down before they have a chance to blossom. Remember that these are works-in-progress; the final release could vary greatly. Also note that photos oftentimes capture subtle features and over-enhance their affect [not discernable to the human eye].

The various design/engineering teams have their job cut out for them with each year's release, to keep it modern and timely dated to our brick-n-mortar trends. Not dismissively "affuently" stylish; but rather, I see it as a signature of our time. Who among us cannot quickly date a movie in a few seconds from just a single glimpse of a clothing style, an auto, or perhaps the size of the cellphone the actor is using?
