Second time out with our recently new toy made us rethink our whole plan. We left on a Friday and came back 8 days later with a different unit. We are now the proud owners of an '08 Cougar 29BHS. Roooomy and we love the perks. Gotta get out more now and use it as much as we can. Pulls much nicer than the last trailer and no issues so far.

Hebegb, We've owned 3 Keystone products from a Cougar Bunk House to a Mnt'er TT and then a Mnt'r 5th wheel. We enjoyed them a lot. If this is your first Keystone, I believe you will find that they stand behind their products. In over 10 years of ownership, I never once had to quible over warranty issues and in fact, was prepared to pay for fixes and Keystone covered under warranty. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
