Tom, Virgil and Larry,I like you guys better all the time. If we can ever get together we can compare weaponry and empty the campground. The last time I was camping and someone brought out a rifle for me to look at, you could hear a collective gasp in the campground. As far as accuracy, my personal favorite is a Bushmaster Predator (.3 MOA at 100 yds.) There's little I'd rather do than talk rvs and firearms. Any of you like to hunt?

Ed,
I knew that there was something I liked about you!!!
I had many rifes and pistols and they went in the estate sale when we went FT. Did bird and deer hunting years back....now I'm so sensitive in my old age, I feel sorry for the poor ole things! Smile I, however, will still eat 'em! Yum

Tom,
It's a shame you don't have them any longer, Workshop and I could've built you a gun cabinet to match the inside of your Excel. I still have ???? dozen, but I don't have much time to use them. Work, ya know. I remember pulling out of the Alamo Fiesta park in Boerne when I saw a beautiful axis deer buck down the street. I about drove off the road.

They told you that cheap stuff would get to you after a while. Son, you stepped over Ole Harley in the kitchen about 10 times when Miss Jo was cookin. He was with us in Key West and we were on the way home from there when we met y'all in Ocala. Reckon you've lost too many brain cells? Juggle

Virg,
You describe me quite well, but what about my lovely bride? I guess she's numb and void too! Shame on you! Just for that, I'm gonna show a little picture of you and your Ole Harley. Clearly, this is showing the best side of both of you! Laugh Looks like you get your clothes from the same place as I do....Goodwill...at least yours fit! Good One

Ed, I know that park well....The managers Bill and Tina are friends at this point.....we stayed there last October and November. We love Boerne. I grew in San Antonio (now you know why I've so full of bull)! Big Grin There are some nice deer in that area (for TX).

Ed,

I have probably what you might have, used to go hunting but getting to darn lazy to run in the snow at 8000 ft looking for elk or deer.

Had a friend up in ID that got a moose tag and went for the hunt of his life and dropped the bugger with a 454 Casuell.

"Three strangers strike up a conversation in the airport passenger
lounge in Tucson, Arizona awaiting their flights. One is an American
Indian passing through from Cochise County. Another is a Cowboy on his
way to Casper for a livestock show and the third passenger is a
fundamentalist Arab student, newly arrived at Arizona University from
the Middle East. Their discussion drifts to their diverse cultures.

Soon, the two Westerners learn that the Arab is a devout, radical Muslim
and the conversation falls into an uneasy lull. The cowboy leans back in
his chair, crosses his boots on a magazine table and tips his big
sweat-stained hat forward over his face. The wind outside is blowing
tumbleweeds around, and the old windsock is flapping, but still no plane
comes. Finally, the American Indian clears his throat and softly he
speaks, "At one time here, my people were many, but sadly, now we are
few." The Muslim student raises an eyebrow and leans forward, "Once my
people were few," he sneers," and now we are many. Why do you suppose
that is?" The Arizona cowboy shifts his toothpick to one side of his
mouth and from the darkness beneath his Stetson says in a drawl, "That's
'cause we ain't played Cowboys and Muslims yet, but I do believe it's
a-comin'."

And to you RockHeadTommy, I see Miss Jo, Miss Donna and you have entered into a conspiratorial harmonization to embarrass me. I just want you to remember that payback is tough on you sensitive types. You may want to go ahead and report me now. Little Devil
