No OakPoop yet....I think that's what's wrong!

Uff Dahh is an expression that Chief would use if he was a Scandinavian up north here and found this thread to be Off Topic Argue (read the fine print- I think it says "Uff-Dahh" Laugh

Gene,
Please allow me to publicly admit my wrong, apologize and explain why it happened.

My issue was not with you, it was with the application of a software function used on this board called "linking" and also called "shortcutting".
Multiple moderators with no apparent forum bounderies "link" topics to where they think it will get the most views without regard of the wishes of the person who created the post, nor a familiarity with the creator's individual situation. While I do not doubt that this practice is good for the board, I do not think it is always good for the post creator and apparently, I am in a very miniscule minority in my opinion. On another thread called Just Conversation, no a single person agreed with me.

I was wrong to use your comment to air my feelings regarding what I think is a self-serving practice by management. I am sorry my comment offended you.

Amen Hammer Let's all move onto other issues. "Linking" or "Shortcutting" have been cussed, fussed, and discussed and we can agree to disagree, 'it is what it is'. Wink

I go away for a short time and the Excel HDT folks are looking and using MP3's Scared! Saw one of those little beasts on the track and it was awesome Wink. Good "mod" choice if you recall the early 70's and Quadraphelia(sp?) with The Who. I'll just have to continue with my "rocker" ways.

If you really want to be wild you could trade in the MP3 on a Can-Am Spyder.

You may not even need a trailer with the big trunk up front.

Neil V,
Nice, I couldn't find a price on their web site? My guess is that it's at least twice the cost of an MP3. Definitely a nice ride -- thanks.

I think that rig, although very attractive, would not be the most suitable candidate for the RV Lifestyle. Maybe the HDT folks, or a toyhauler could squeeze it in. It looks big and looking at some of the equipment it looks automotive. As I recall the MP3 is heavy by scooter standards and this thing looks like it has more weight. I think I'll stick to my BMW but I would not mind adding a small 250cc scooter to the rolling stock. I saw the MP3 embarrass some sportbike riders which would make it an absolute terror in campgrounds Cool
