Have mixed feelings on this one. Have been to places where you can't be out on the ground after dark because of the night critters so they had to build raised walkways two to three feet off the ground. This way you could go for a walk or sit out and gaze at the stars without having to worry about an encounter.

A pack of wild pigs at dusk is not fun when you are both at the same level and in close proximity. On the Veranda you could just look down and watch them pass by while sipping a nice White Zin and snacking on some pear and apple wedges with a good sharp chedder on the side.

Fortunately, it doesn't occur often. Wink

Greetings all' We saw the Veranda on a 45'Affinity on display at Guaranty in Junction City last week. They were giving the "Dog & Pony" show and it was a pretty cool feature. The wife noticed right off that you lose alot of space and storage, inside and underneath. Very much a party coach, don't know how applicable to "fulltimers".

The gentleman from CC told us it is a $41K Add-on to all their line of coaches.

He used to be a top Newmar salesman.

He doesn't owe me anything.

I've heard so much about the fabled Kobe steak, I'm going to save up and see for myself. Wink

After seeing those pics and after owning two 45 foot coaches, I'm befuddled as to what the lure is to own one....

Seems to me you'd lose so much space and for me I'd rather have the space and then just go out under the awning and sit in a chair....

Just another gimmick to me...... but what do I know.

Speaking of recent gimmicks, I'd much prefer the roof top thingy...... LOL!!
