Pappie, I just tried the new link and it works for me. I'd previously viewed both videos and agree that they are very worthwhile.

Regarding why they aren't working for you, there could be a variety of reasons.
Sorry if this is too much basic information for your request.

When you paste the URL (website) into a browser window, that information is sent to your Internet provider (ISP) Domain Name Server (DNS). The DNS translates those words into an Internet Protocol (IP) address - the address of the Michelin Web Server in this case and forwards that request there. Several things could have happened:
1. You have a personal firewall on your own computer that blocked your request. The DNS never saw it.
2. The DNS didn't have the correct IP address in its tables and didn't forward your request or got a transmission error while trying.
3. The Michelin Web Server didn't or couldn't respond.

Everything except the personal firewall problem should be transient and if you tried again, it should work. There are some tests that you could try (pinging the server) but they require you to understand how all of this works. If you don't, I just keep trying or contact your ISP. They should be able to help you.
