I had tried in the past,the stick on rubber gutters.They couldnt channel the water fast enough.My best advice is to keep the weep hole and the window channel clean so they dont plug up during rain.

 No leak at the window. Used Eternaband Tape on the roof front and back for now and with all the rain here in FL there was no leak. Now the leak is at the living/dinette slide.
