Thanks for the heads-up Frankie, I'm gonna check that area out.

Do you know where they run wall port out at?

I paid the $70 to have it installed at CW. I heard it isn't difficult, but time consuming. I paid $299 + install (on sale) and it was some of the best money I have spent on my coach. I went back and forth between the Safe-T-Plus and Steer Safe, but couldn't find anything to justify the additional $200+ for the STP.

The improvement in handling was night and day. No more play in the steering wheel, the steering response/reaction is much better and tracking is straight as an arrow. Not to mention the stability in the event of a blowout. Clearly, a more relaxed (one handed) and enjoyable drive. While driving home on the rippled/bumpy 91 freeway (Riverside), I took my hands off the steering wheel (no traffic lol)and was shocked when the MH tracked straight within the lane for what seemed like a quarter mile. I'm sold...

This is where I am somewhat confused...Is a rear trac bar the same as a rear stabilizer bar? I know my 07 came with front and rear stabilizer bars. I thought front and rear were standard on 06 as well. Will a trac bar do something a stabilizer bar won't?

Thanks for the insight. I plan on one "major" addition per year. I think I'm sold on the Steer-Safe. I'll watch for it to go on sale at CW.

It may still be on sale now. The sale started last week...

The track bar mounts on the rear pumpkin to chassis rail. It helps get rid of the trailer truck push and the bobbing back and forth the some chassis have.I am hearing great thing about this mod.You can read more by doing a search on Henderson rear track bars

I'm interested in the Steer-Safe too.

Has anyone installed one as a DIY?

Do the exposed springs hold up as well as a sealed tube stabilizer?

I put the Steer-Safe on my old P-30 chassis and it made a great improvement in the way it handled. Luckily,we never had the chance to try it on a blow out.

Yes it can be done with basic hand tools in most cases and is not all that hard to do if you don't mind laying on your back under the front end of the coach.

The Steer-Safe operated on a completely different principle than the Safty Plus. The Safety Plus is a crutch and acts as a spring loaded centering damper. The Safety Plus does put stresses on your steering linkages while the Steer-Safe acts only on the wheel assembly.
