I got my eye out for the new Mandalay diesel m/h can't wait to test drive it.

i saw some new models at the plant,some great standard features have been added,some new floorplans as well.

Ok all you Mandalay experts - I need some real world (not sales hype) input on the good and bad of their DPMHs. Reason? We visited our local Winnebago dealer yesterday to look at the new destination While it was fairly nice and the floorplan was Ok it was not as good a fit for us as the Tour TD. Mostly because of poor basement storage. The sales person we are working with showed us the 2008 Presaido 39G. A front kitchen plan like the Tour TD. We were rather impressed and it has good pass thorough storage. When we went back the second time to look at it and take some pics the factory rep who had just put 4500 miles on it - test drive - introduced himself and showed and told us all we would ever want to know about a coach and more.

So here is our plight - we have been looking for about 2 years now and had pretty much narrowed things down to a used Newmar or a Winnebago front kitchen model. We have our house on the market (selling to go full time) so may be months or weeks away from buying. Now we are faced with a brand new option but know little about the company etc. One thing Idid note is that they have 5 year warranty on the coach - don't know the details and their web site is very limited in regard to info.

So now that you know our plight - can you give us some help in regard to how they stack up to other motorhomes?

Like mrmrsbb, I'd also be interested in some info from Presidio owners. We're interested in the 39E.

presidio are also very nice looking coach. decision -decision. I will look at the DP models to decide which when I get to the plant to see the 09 models, will order with full body paint custom order to match the new 2008 COUNRTY COACH colors
