With the difficulties at TS, there are some really good deals available at dealerships. I saw a brand new 38 footer in Fife WA (seattle suburb). It was a leftover model, a 2007 I think. 4 slides and it was really beautiful. They said they'd sell it for 160K, but would probably take less now as it was their last TS left and they have become a Country Coach dealership. Perhaps one could work out a deal whereby the dealership would take care of at least some issues normally covered under factory warrenty should TS completely cease operations.
