Rumor has it that Thor and another unnamed party were interested in TS. Didn't Thor take over Damon a couple years ago? Would they be interested in another competing product?

From the FMCA at Pomona the rumor was that the other party was Forest River and that there would be an announcement yesterday. I checked the RV news sites last night but couldn't find anything. Have you heard anymore or do any of your sources have any additional info?

The latest I've heard is a couple of individuals were to buy TS, with closing late last week. But I have been unable to find anything published in this regard. So we wait.......But I'd expect this kind of thing to take some time.

I spoke with a party today at TS. He said they were expecting an announcement and "people" have been going through the facility for about a week.

Is that all they can tell you after making one of those large 45 cent parts purchases?

I actually bought 8 slide end caps @ 32 cents a piece. I'm doing my share to keep TS going!

I'm glad you guys are doing your fine duty to keep TS alive. We need the competition.......It's rough being on top ! LOL !

As soon as my windows fog over, I'll call and send them some business. But I doubt if they'll get rich this way. And the paint doesn't seem to fall off, either.

Some of my friends have TS coaches. I don't hold it against them! LOL !
I almost did it once myself......I ended up buying one of those Newmar things instead! LOL ! ;-)

In spite of their troubles I have no regrets. It is a great coach and no other manufacturer could match the value or the willingness to customize. Happy TS owner.

Hey Rac! Would that be the one where the paint fell off?

Of course, MY rig is the one where the WARRANTY fell off, but we won't get into that. TS still builds the best coach around...and the windows don't fog up either.
