The Excel Club of Colorado would like to invite anybody that owns an Excel RV to our spring 2008 campout
that will be held the weekend of May 2-4th in Fort Collins Colorado at:

Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA
1910 N. Taft Hill Road
Fort Collins, CO 80524

The cost per night at Fort Collins KOA will be $31.95 + 3.7% tax for a total of $33.15.
The KOA will honor those rates for a couple nights before and after.

KOA has asked that we make our reservations with Gary Stegner (gtsteg1234 at q dot com) at least by April 18, 2008 then Gary will turn them in to the KOA.

Have your Excel RV 5th wheel length, slide numbers and which side the slides are on ready for Gary.

While we haven't tied down all the details, it will be about the same as usual:
Friday night get together, bring finger foods.
Saturday a.m. The club will provide breakfast and a short business meeting follows.
Saturday evening the club will provide the meat. Everyone is asked to bring a potluck dish.
Sunday a.m. The club will provide a continental breakfast.

Each couple is asked to bring a gift item worth at least $10. It should be new but can be homemade. We will sell raffle tickets and the drawings will be held after dinner Saturday evening.

Then we are booked for Mountain Views at the Rivers Edge in Creede, Co for September 19th - 21st.

We are very excited about going there as it looks like such a nice park and a place many of us have not been before.

The group rate would be around $25 for the rally then if you wanted to stay other nights would be about $27. They have wonderful lodge and kitchen facilities.

Just getting this out so you can get your calendars marked for those dates.
