Just a quick reminder. Wow

There's an excellent Campground Reviews section on this website. You can access it from the home page or by simply clicking on "CG Reviews" at the top of every page. This is a great place where you can rate campgrounds and leave comments regarding your personal experience when you stayed there.

This is an awesome tool and you'll be doing a great service helping share your experiences with other RVers. If we all pitch in and help build up this reviews we'll all know who the good ones are and who the bad ones are. That will benefit us all and what better place to go for this information than right here on IRV2.

So PLEASE PLEASE take an extra minute to add your reviews. Good Job

and just to second what Mark has said, let me point out YOU can ADD a campground, if it's not already there. Support your favorites with a positive review! ED

I just now clicked on the link bar and received the "not found" error message just as another member had posted.

I have several reviews I'd like to add to the very nice campground reviews in iRV2 but I can't understand the instructions for adding a campground that is not already listed. It asks me for the Campground manufacturer (??) and the campground model number (???)
I gave up after a few attempts, I felt too challenged. Cute

Bob and Mark,
It might improve the CG section of the site if once a CG is submitted, time in the pending Q was reduced to 24 hours (or less?). My last two CG submissions and a review edit took over a week to get published (12 days). Time in the Q needs to be looked at. I have suggested a remedy in a PM to Bob.

I agree on the time factor. Can we get an explanation? I submitted a park on the 20th and still it doesn't show on the list.....Or did I do something wrong? It says PIC pending approval still. I submitted one last week and it took several days to show up. On the one pending evidently people can view as it says it has been viewed numerous times butg it isn't on the TEXAS site yet????

To continue, I am new to this and have received good advice on parks (not from the review site but from other post). Is this useful? I will be visiting numerous parks over the next few weeks and want to comply with the request to inform you'all on their utility.

Just a friendly reminder that each of you can use the same log-in as the photo post to put up your own reviews of campgrounds.
That site is also a great place to get reviews of campgounds!

Hope you all go there to check reviews as you get ready to travel!

We use an average of 3 to 4 campgrounds a month. I would really like to be able to contribute information to the review page, but it is neither intuitive nor even (as far as I have been able to figure out) accessible.

I have been unable to find a "new campground rating" area or any way to enter information. I'm probably as web-savvy as the average user on here, but I feel totally stupid about trying to enter anything here.

Maybe that's why most of the data on here is well over a year old??

OK - I finally gleaned enough info to make it work. Having to essentially post the information twice is a bit of an inconvenience.

On the road, or working at an SCCA race, most likely!
