Al,
We stayed at Savannah Oaks in Oct. 2006. Until then I had not realized live oak trees had acorns. Those squirrels were very busy critters during our stay. Do you know how loud an acorn is hitting the top of a MH from waaay up in a tree? Enjoy! Frank F. Hi All,
Hey Ding-a-ling, yes I know very well how loud they can be, also when your sitting out relaxing in your comfy chair, and get hit in the head they hurt AL 2000 Windsport Class-A 34' Ford V-10 on a F-53 with a Slide, 2004 Jeep Wrangler-X toad 4 down or 2005 16' Tahoe Cascade Pontoon Boat with Ray Electric Outboard Camping since 1967 RVing since 1991 Good Sam Life Member |

I realize this message is a little late for to respond to the message posted, I felt I needed to warn you that if you are in a reproductive condition, you may want to consider that the falling of acorns on the MH roof is akin to rain on a tin roof of your house.
Well, happy dreams....... whatever! Jim Eddy, '03 Alpine Coach, 38' FDT '00 Saturn S/W Douglas, Georgia. |
