I am looking for info from owners of the Super Nova 6400 Grand Hotel. Standard stuff how do you like it, how comfortable is the floor plan? I have four kids and it seems like every time we purchase an RV it is based on how many it can sleep. I like the bunks in the 6400. I have already looked at the reviews of the Gulf Stream Super Nova on this forum and did not see any on the 6400. Also any recommendations on dealerships close to NJ. I am willing to travel out of state to get a good deal but would like to limit my search to east of the Mississippi.

You Might want to try Martinsburg RV located in Martinsburg, PA.
They have 5 on the lot right now according to their website. We purchased our first Gulf Stream MH from them. Great dealership. Not sure if you are still looking for comments - but we just purchased one a few months ago and the ride is horrible. The entire back (from the table backward) cannot be occupied while it is in motion. The entire back end bounces with every small bump in the road. While in the back of the camper - you actually become airborn! The jolting has broken our mirror, back bathroom dooe, shower door and several cabinet doors as well. Take my advice and buy something else!!!

KJ11199, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and look forward to reading of your posts. May I ask if you ever had your Super Nova weighed? If so can I ask what the measurements were for front and rear axles. Did you purchase a new coach? One more question; what tire pressures were you running?

My 34' SuperNova has some bounce in the rear but not to the extent described by the owner of the 6400. The issue is there are no shocks on the rear of the International chassis and the spring are rated for 17,000#. When I had mine weighed fully loaded with fuel, water, people, and camping gear, it only weighed 12,000 pounds on the rear axle. That is a lot of excess capacity and makes for a stiff ride. I am researching the feasibility of adding shocks to the rear to calm the ride down. Also, I have been running 100# of air in all four tires. I am going to drop the duals to 90# on my next trip to see if that eliminates some of the bounce. I found a tire inflation table on line that suggests the weight on the rear of my coach requires as little as 80# of air pressure. I'm just not sure I want to drop the pressure that low. Overall, after over 17,000 miles in the last year, I am extremely happy with the overall ride, drive ability, and quality of the SuperNova.
