Thanks for the post. I really appreciate the definition of committee. I sit in lots of committee meetings and the definition fits well. I was told by a Church Deacon that the most efficient committee was a 3 man committee when one was sick and one was on vacation. Churchs of course don't have to adhere to state rules.
