You guys. Good luck on the Dragon. I have seen many pixs of that ride.

Rode The Dragon last year with a group of great friends I'd met online. Had a great time. One of the best vacations I've ever had. Where did you stay with your RV when you were there?

For those of you who are planning to rent a motorcycle; it looks like the best day to ride the Dragon, would be Friday. If you are bringing your bike, let me know and I have some rides planned we can do when we have a few hours between activities. Remember Friday is not definite yet, just tentative. Wink

See you all soon.

Jim

I have a magazine at home (I think it is an AMA mag from a few months ago) that talks about many rides in that area besides the Dragon. I will scan the article and e-mail to you to help you pre-plan some other rides.

I would recommend not riding the Dragon on a week end. It gets very crazy with the fast sport bikes. They (sport Bikes) will pass in your lane, and a curve and so on. Mid week in the am is the best time to ride it. It has the least traffic.

The cherahola sky way is another good ride as is hwy 64 along the Occoe river.

I will unfortuantely be out on the oil rig during the ralley. Other wise I would attend. That is the area I ride on my days off. I know the area real well.

Yup, with the TRIKE, and you'll ride with me if yer their.

Has anyone ever seen a Sport Bike take the high side at speed? If they try getting stupid with us, a big Trike makes a great rolling road block Wink Besides I will give Bob my BAT jest in case one does get past Laugh
