Ken - I think we will be playing in one end of the rally hall and it has a fridge also coolers are certainly welcomed - fully stocked of course.  Hamie and Richard I don't have you guys signed up yet. Hey guys...
Just a thought...it might be best to consider bringing in a cooler for your "barleypops"! There are two refrigerators in the rally hall but they will be FULL to the max with our supplies for the catered meals and such throughout the week. With all the stuff I've got coming in, I doubt there'll be space for a can a diet pepsi!!! Don't want ya'll to get thirsty!!!! Sandy |

Sandy, I was planning to set all of the food stuff on the counter that morning and put the adult beverages in to cool. As we drink the stuff down, we can put the food back into the frig.
