Updated Info....Please read !!

Hello Folks. I am sure we all will have a great time at the IRV2 Rally 2007 in Branson.

As part of the activities there will be a guided fly fishing trip on Thursday, July 19, 2007. I have contacted a reliable guiding service who will provide our guides.

In order to make final arrangements, I need to find out how many people are interested.

Once I know how many are interested I can finalize the cost per person. Currently I believe the cost will be $125 per person. This cost will include a guide, boats (conditions permitting), flies, and lunch. Individuals will provide their own fly rods, leaders, waders and other personal items. A Missouri non-residence fishing license will be required.

Payment shall be by a pre-dated check made out to the guide service. I will need to receive the check by June 15. I will collect the checks and hold them until the end of the trip. If the trip is cancelled, I will return each check at the rally or by mail.

If you are definitely interested, please contact me directly by email at: tctrostle@verizon.net

.
If you are a bass fisherman, please let me know. On nearby Table Rock Lake there are plenty of opportunities for bass fishing too.

SIGN UP NOW !!

Time has slipped away and we are at a crossing point.

If you are definitely interested in our guided Fly Fishing Trip, you must tell me by May 14, 2007.

Currently only one person expressed interest. To keep the costs per person reasonable, we must have 3 more.

So please email or PM me ASAP if you are definitely going to participate.

Sorry, I don't fly fish but if someone wants to split the cost of a half day with a bass guide (or striper guide if they have stripers in Table Rock), I'd be interested. Not sure the daytime bass fishing would be much in mid July heat though.

Fishing Trip Canceled

Because no one signed up before the cut off date, I had to cancel the trip.

I will be fishing with my wife at Roaring River State Park and one other location. If you wish to join us, just let me know.

While the original idea and trip had to be canceled due to lack of interest, I have altered my schedule to take advantage of an offer from the original guide I had arrangements with.

If you are interested and will be available on July 13 (Friday) for a half day of Fly Fishing contact me at the ABC Campground Site 35 on Thursday.

I am in route and only have limited email access.
