I am starting this thread so folks can let everyone know they made it home safely. Or things are going good/bad on the way home.

It is just something too let everyone know you and yours are "Okey-Dokey".

I am putting it as a "Featured" thread so it will stay at the top till yall ALL make it home safely.

Don,

Thanks for putting up this thread for us, should be a good place to find out how folks' trips were/are. We're still at the ABC Campground, will leave tomorrow heading to Kansas for a couple days. Then we'll head east taking about 10 days getting home, stopping at several Corps of Engineer CG's along the way.

Saw a post from Duner on another thread, will past it here.... he's still on the road.

Til we meet again,

We're not home yet but we managed to clock off 578.0 miles. We're camping at the lakeside landing & RV Park in Pell City, AL.

All is well! Sunshine

We departed at 6:00am and arrived here at 5:30pm. We had approximately 1 hour's worth of stops so we ran just about 10.5 Hours.

Our average speed was ~55 MPH~. I'll post my MPGs tomorrow at some point after I fill up.

No observed accidents or close calls today. Police activity along our route was light. The busiest stretch of highway was coming into Birmingham off of Route 78 and then transitioning East on I-20 through B'Ham.

Tomorrow it's I-20 to Columbia. We'll pick up SC 378 and we should arrive in the late afternoon.

Thanks to Sylvia for the leftovers it indeed was better the 2nd time around! Big Grin

We're not home yet! We made it to the KOA in Dayton, OH - 600 miles from Branson. Left Branson at 6:58 AM Central time and pulled into the KOA at 6:45 PM Eastern time, almost 11 hours travel time with one meal stop (45 min.) and 2 fuel stops. We should be home by late afternoon or early evening on Sunday.

Thanks to all for a GREAT rally. It was really nice to meet new friends and renew old friendships!

GO HOBL!

Help!!!! Confused
FrustratedWe are at the old ABC campground at Memphis 11.5 Hrs. and only 304 mi. not to good but how i have two NEW tires for the trailer. First tire 51 miles out of Branson and on the way to get a new one the spare blow out it made 75 miles, sure was good to be travling with someone. We put two old tires in the back of their truck and off to Conway we went. About 2.5 hrs later we are back on the road. I think Sandy & Rusty had somthing to do with this Wink

Glenn and I made it home! I woke up about 4:00 am and tossed and turned so much it finally woke Glenn up. He decided it would be a good time to hit the road. He had already hooked the truck up the night before - so we were ready to roll anyway. Left ABC about 4:30 am. Made it to McKinney about 1:00 pm this afternoon. Had lots of fun - great meeting some new friends and renewing old ones. We're looking forward to the next national rally and also the Texas Boomer rally in Burleson!

To everyone who made this a great rally - a big Texas "Thank You!"

Camilla and I Left ABC about 8 AM Central and arrived at Countryside RV park in Lebanon TN at 8 PM Central. It sure was a long drive.
We both had a wonderful time. It was so nice to see everyone again and to meet some of the first timers.
Sunny we are sorry to hear about your tire troubles.
Many thanks to everyone that helped make the rally a big sucess. Everything was very well done.
If everything goes well we will be home tomorrow afternoon and back to work Monday.
I hope everyone that is still on the road has a safe trip home.
